Scrambled Eggs with Queso de Bola
Ingredients
5 Eggs
1/4 stick of butter
Salt and pepper
Queso de Bola shavings (Parmigianno cheese is a perfect substitute)
A luxurious way to start your breakfast. The combination of perfectly cooked scrambled eggs and rich salty cheese is amazing on toast.
Start with a cold non-stick pan. Place on stove on medium heat. As the pan is slowly heating up, crack open all of the eggs into the pan. Add the butter.
Stir, stir, and stir. This cooks the eggs slowly which incorporates the butter into the eggs. When the eggs are still moist but cooked. Take away from the stove. Season with salt and pepper. Keep stirring as the pan is still hot. The most important part is the eggs do not overcook. Eggs should look moist and not at all dry.
Shave off some cheese on top for further season the eggs. Plate on toast, or in a bowl
