Hawaiian Roll Corned Beef Sliders

So the popularity of these products are common ingredients in Philippine cooking. 

Portability

The picnic tables from Newport triggered the need to create this sandwich. Using the original packaging of the Hawaiian roll makes it portable and easy to throw away once you are done. 

Flavor

The secret is to cut the richness of corned beef with horseradish. The mayonnaise and horseradish sauce is a great combination with the corned beef. 

So here goes. 

Ingredients

Hawaiian Rolls

1 can corned beef

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon horseradish

Chives

1 garlic clove

butter

It is such an easy sandwich to make but has a lot flavor. Let's start with frying off butter and garlic. This should keep the corned beef moist. 

The butter is going to froth once it is completely melted. This is the perfect time to put the corned beef in. 

Add the corned beef in to pan. The butter is perfect to add a nut brown flavor. 

Once the beef is fried off set aside for now.

Moving to the Hawaiian roll. Take a large knife, and slice right down the middle. 

Combine mayonaise and horseradish. This will give a nice richness and the horseradish cuts through nicely. Spread across the lower part of the bread. 

Spread the corned beef evenly on the mayonnaise. Spinkle chives on top. 

Top the sandwich.
